This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was, especially considering the great facilities it offers. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. They were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The basic amenities in the room were top-notch, and I particularly loved the balcony with its amazing view. The location was perfect, right in the city center, making it convenient to explore everything. And let's not forget the breakfast with its incredible view - a great way to start the day.

Early check-in, comfortable location short walk to Marble Mountain and main attraction and those upscale restaurants that are for tourists...

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and the quality of the facilities. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. The basic amenities provided were top-notch, and I particularly loved the rooms with a great view and a balcony. Finally, the breakfast was simply delightful, with a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from, all while enjoying an incredible view.

The hotel's location was perfect for us. We were far away from those upscale restaurants that were only for tourists, so we got to explore the local food scene. At the same time, the hotel was in the city center, so we could easily walk to the Han Markets and the Dragon Bridge. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the service was excellent. The breakfast had a variety of options, and we enjoyed the nice view of the river at night.

One facility that we were looking forward to, mentioned on the website, was actually closed.

The swimming pool and hotel facilities were fantastic, and the hotel's location in the city center made it easy for us to get around and explore. Plus, we were glad to be far away from those upscale restaurants that are only for tourists.

We had an exceptional stay at New Orient Hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of local food options nearby and a short bike ride to the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Johnny, Fiona, and Felix. The room was spacious and the facilities were outstanding. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. Despite a small issue with communication at the spa due to limited English proficiency, everything turned out well. I highly recommend this hotel for exceeding our expectations and providing excellent service.
